the clinician behind the practice
I’ve lived many lives in this lifetime.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (RCC and CCC) based in North Vancouver, supporting individuals navigating trauma, chronic anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions.
I grew up learning how to adapt, read rooms, and navigate emotionally complex environments to stay safe. Belonging wasn’t something I was handed. It was something I had to actively build from the inside out. Over time, I learned that the most vital belonging is the one you cultivate with yourself.
My work is shaped by clinical training, lived experience, and years of guiding people through complex emotional landscapes. I know that relational trauma doesn't just stay in the past. It shows up in how hard it is to trust, how exhausting it is to let your guard down, and the deep-seated instinct to handle everything completely on your own. My own path took me from surviving inside protective roles to stepping fully into genuine authenticity and secure connection.
My approach is intentional and unconventional by design. It combines somatic and parts work (IFS) with cognitive clarity, existential depth, and grounded intuition. We look at the whole picture, mind, body, and what actually gives your life meaning. Not with clinical distance, but with lightness, humor, and total respect for your autonomy.
Fun AF Therapy Services was created for people who are done shrinking, performing, or over-explaining themselves to fit into rooms that were never built for them. It is a space for the curious, the complex, and those ready to take up their rightful space.
I work with high-functioning, insightful adults who want therapy that feels modern, honest, and real. I am deeply affirming of 2LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone who has felt "out of place" or pathologized by traditional systems.
You bring your story. I bring the questions that open the door.
Together, we uncover what’s ready to evolve.
